Good Bye Summer - Alley Cats Party
Thursday, August 20: Alley Cats Morning Madness - Let's say goodbye to summer with one last celebration at Alley Cats! The cost is $14.99 for Unlimited Bowling, Rental Shoes, $10 Game Card, 1 Hot Dog / Soft Drink. Several of us have coupons good for up to 6 people for $5 off. Thursday, August 13, 2:00 pm - Museum: Let's go look at the planes at the American Airlines C.R. Smith Museum! The American Airlines C.R. Smith Museum is much more than a museum. It's a sight-and-sound, hands-on, window-seat look at the world of flight. It's an adventure offering you a chance to hear, see, touch and be a part of the exciting aviation industry. If we have 10 or more people (ages 2+) the cost is only $1 each! Individual tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for kids...so the more people who come, the less it costs for everyone!

During this imaginative show, audiences will land on Venus, fly through the rings of Saturn, and discover the secrets of the Solar System. Cost is $5/adult and $4/child. Our special entertainment will be Mad Science of Tarrant County, demonstrating amazing science tricks and facts. Read the Bookworm will be on hand for photo opportunities and there will be additional activities in the lobby before and after the show. We will even have a “corral” where parents can leave their strollers during the program. So head ‘em up and drive on down. Celebrate how much we love libraries and Texas. Cost is FREE and it looks like it will be a fun event.
